My next steps: Helping founders and marketing teams move faster

Most teams don’t have a lack of ideas for marketing, they have an execution problem. Between stalled priorities, work that gets started but not finished, or consistently applying processes, there just isn’t enough time or coverage to get everything done.

That’s what I’ve seen over and over talking with founders, heads of marketing, and marketing teams.

And it’s what I want to focus on next.

For most of my career, I’ve grown into bigger roles with more responsibility. I built teams, led functions, and sat with the leadership team.

But somewhere along the way, I realized

  1. I got further from the work I actually enjoy

  2. I have knowledge and experience that I want to share to help others be successful in their marketing.

So I’m shifting.

I work alongside founders and marketing teams as an extra set of hands helping execute on priorities, fill gaps, and keep work moving. From messaging and content to launches, events, and GTM, I help turn plans into execution bringing the consistency and follow-through needed to build momentum and drive real progress.

If you’re building something real and need help getting marketing moving, I’d love to talk.

And I’m genuinely excited about what comes next.
